I am very happy to announce the release of Issue 2 of the SA Reconciliation Barometer newsletter for 2012, which was co-edited by Friederike Bubenzer of the IJR’s Justice and Reconciliation in Africa programme. In this special extended issue, the focus of the newsletter shifts to progress in reconciliation in African countries other than South Africa, as well as to current challenges in the sphere of international justice.
